Happy Sunday! You may have seen a couple of Drunk Elephant products already featured on the blog. I really can’t get enough of their stuff for my skin. It’s no secret that Drunk Elephant is one of my favorite luxury skincare brands, however I wanted to do a deeper dive with a review of each product including my top 3 favorites. Let’s get started!
Drunk Elephant:
I first became aware of these products during last year’s Sephora VIB sale. I can’t get enough of the great packaging with the colorful tops and elephant logo! Most of all, I was curious on the clean beauty aspect on this brand so I the bought The Little™ Set. I am obsessed with this set and highly recommend to anyone looking to try Drunk Elepahnt. You pretty much get a chance to try most of the products the I list below as well as a few not pictured (B-Hydra™ Intensive Hydration Serum and Jelly Cleanser). I figured I would try it out and then any favorites in full size later. I highly recommend this approach!
C-Firma Day Serum
I was very interested on trying this product with the vitamin C. However, I was hesitant on how it would react to my sensitive skin. However, after a couple of tries I became obsessed. I love how this day serum brightens and even outs my skin leaving a silky feeling. I will use this serum right after cleansing. I love that it absorbs quickly into my skin so I can easily follow up with a moisturizer. I find this product a real treat to use as part of my everyday morning routine!
C-Tango™ Multivitamin Eye Cream
One of the best things about this eye cream is the packaging expenses the perfect amount. The eye cream helps with my under-eye circles while keeping the area hydrated. One of my favorite eye creams to date!
T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum
This was another product I was unsure of with the Glycolic reacting with my sensitive skin. I am so glad I tried it as its one of my favorite products for my night routine. It gentle to use every day as it resurfaces the skin for a radiant finish. After application I will follow up with a light face oil and moisturizer. This is one of the best night serums out there!
Lippe Balm™
This Lippe Balm keeps my lips hydrated especially in the Chicago climate. I often struggle with dry and chapped lips and this is one of my go tos!
Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil
This is one of my all-time favorite oils EVER! It is so lightweight making it so easy to layer with other products. I will mix it with my moisturizer or wear it alone. My skin really responds to the hydration that this oil delivers so I use it day and night. This oil leaves a glow to my sensitive skin. I feel like everyone needs to at least try this product to really understands the beauty of this formula.
T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™
I was excited to try the Babyfacial after seeing all the hype around their top performing product. If you need a quick facial to help resurface the skin, then look no further. I use this product when I feel like my skin needs it so not more than once a week. The best part is waking up to baby soft skin!
Umbra Sheer™ Physical Daily Defense SPF 30
I used this SPF during our trip to Mexico. I love how lightweight it is. It goes on smooth and leaves a matte finish.
Lala Retro™ Whipped Cream
I am obsessed with the thick and rich whipped texture of this product. This moisturizer is perfect for dry skin as it contains six rare African oil to lock in moisture. I found I only need to apply a small amount for my skin to feel hydrated. I will be stocking up on this for the Chicago winters!
Overall:
Overall, they hype is true on Drunk Elephant products. My sensitive skin reacted well to the entire range of products that I wish I would have tried it sooner. There wasn’t one product that I didn’t like. However, do I have my top 3 favorites including Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum, Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil, and Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum. These skincare top performers will be a permanent part of my everyday routine. I can’t wait to try the Shaba Complex™ Eye Serum next!
